Poroshenko's trial: why and what is the decision (UPDATING)

Today, the fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko was tried in a coal case in which he is suspected of financing terrorism and treason. Rubryka decided to recall how we got here, how things developed, and what was the chronology of events from 2015 to the present day.
How was it like?
In 2014, Ukraine was hit by fan power outages due to a lack of coal. At the same time, due to artificial conditions, Ukraine was able to import coal only from the territory not controlled by Ukraine, the so-called LPR, and DPR. On the one hand, Steel Mont Trading Ltd's refusal to supply coal from South Africa played a role, and the Russian Federation blocked the supply of coal from its territory.
As a result, the Luhansk Coal State Enterprise and the Kiseliov Mine State Enterprise were selected for cooperation. According to the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR), these enterprises were under the control of a terrorist organization. The procedure was initiated by Viktor Medvedchuk: the State Bureau of Investigation noted that Viktor Medvedchuk and Petro Poroshenko exerted administrative pressure on employees of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, the NBU, and Centerenergo to pay funds directly to the leaders of terrorist organizations of the LPR and the DPR and to conclude direct contracts for the sale of coal from territories controlled by terrorists.

І в чому зрада? В тому, що не дали замерзнути всій країні, і цим легко її окупувати кремлівським загарбникам, допоки там дочекаються до літа того південно-африканського вугілля в тричі дорожчого ніж те, що і так було українським з українських шахт тимчасово окупованого Донбасу? Тоді першим на лаві підсудних разом з мртвечуком повинен сидіти і саме АХметов, який тільки і годувався з того ОРДЛО свлїм ДТЕКом на тому вугіллі для всіх своїх ТЕЦ, деручі з громадян космічні тарифи за тепло. А закупівля газу з московії, навіть і зараз, то це не зрада вже зелених бабуїнів? То це тільки зведення особистих рахунків з головним конкурентом блазня, коли падає його рейтинг від недолугості всієї тієї неспроможної команди зелених бабуїнів. Ніколи навіть і не був прихильником пороха, та зараз ці зелені бабуїни роблять все, щоб у того пороха стало ще більше прихильників, як би там ті зелені блазні зараз тут і не верещали. Бо до їх вереску і тут вже давно байдуже.
